They have corrupted our courts and universities. A weeding out will soon occur, the wicked will not be ready and those complacent LDS that thought nothing of heeding the prophets to have a year's or more food supply. Because of a good friend (my husbands old missionary companion) we were able to "awaken to our awful situation." This happened just last December. Since then, we have been studying, reading and trying to understand things as they really are with our new perspective. We are eternally grateful to this friend for showing us these things and for helping us to understand. It wasn't without great and powerful personal prayer that we have been able to gain this understanding. I want you all to know that when you are showing people these things, your efforts are not in vain. More and more people are starting to realize that the "star belly sneeches maybe aren't the best sneeches on the beaches." and that God created us all equal. I asked my 14 year old if he knew of a country that had a military presence in over 180 countries around the world. He said no. I said, if you did know of such a place, what would you think of them?. He said that would be bad, no one should have that much power! I said well, the USA has that much power! He was stunned. It is easy for the young ones to understand. I guess what I am trying to say is don't feel discouraged in your efforts to help other people see, you never know who is really listening. We all know what is going to happen, there really is no way to stop it. The best thing we can do is be prepared spiritually and physically. I for one feel as ready as I can be and am working on it every single day! I had no food storage in December, now we are close to having our year. It can be difficult, almost impossible to “awaken to our awful situation” without doing these things. From personal experience I can say that getting out of the bondage of debt was key to greater spiritual understanding and spiritual preparedness to see the reality of our situation. I have seen this happen in others who have gotten out of debt as well. When we are in bondage (and debt is bondage) it is hard to truly understand the principles of liberty. I have taken the approach that the simplest way to deal with these modern issues is to teach people to follow the promptings of the Holy Ghost and the counsel of the living prophet. It is important that we sustain our local leaders who are called by proper authority. A few points: 1. "Civilization" will not survive. Zion will emerge and provide the place of refuge for the righteous. The wicked won't have "civilization" left to them. 2. The United States won't survive. The Lord says in D&C 87 that he'll make a "full end" of all nations. The kingdom of God will be the sole, legitimate authority. 3. The combined effect of #1 and #2 is total collapse. Righteousness and manifestations of divine power will be the only protection. 4. As a result, I have lost many of my staff and vastly reduced the distribution of the publication (apparently many who use the Macintosh computer are "liberal" in their knowledge and education and do not like to hear or see things contrary to their belief system). But prior to the last "election", I decided to take a stand and not sit idly by while watching this country (USA) implode. I learned at the feet of Cleon Skousen and worked with one of his sons on the Freeman Institute publication when it was located south of the BYU (Provo) campus back just before the bicentennial of this once great land. Taking a stand has consequences. But perhaps my garments are "free from the blood and sins of this generation" as I gave the voice of warning. I still seek peaceful solutions to resolving the woes, but we were warned it would take blood to make it happen once the Gadiantons had power over us. What bothers me the most are those who profess membership in the church who are in politics and who fight the principles on which the Constitution are based. I find them to be the most dangerous to our liberty and freedom. Just because one person is a member of the church and is involved in the "profession" of politics does not make him or her a Saint. There is a strong reason why term limits were established. They need to be enforced. Honest people become dishonest after they have been compromised in politics. What bothers me the most are those who profess membership in the church who are in politics and who fight the principles on which the Constitution are based. I find them to be the most dangerous to our liberty and freedom. Just because one person is a member of the church and is involved in the “profession” of politics does not make him or her a Saint. There is a strong reason why term limits were established. They need to be enforced.

Honest people become dishonest after they have been compromised in politics.

And I don't think that's gonna happen any time soon. Frustrating! I have been trying to wake people up in my ward and community and on facebook. I have had people call me crazy, tell me that Socialism is the way to go ( from my childhood Bishop's Wife) and been called a fearmonger. I will keep doing it because I don't want to be held accountable for not doing it, but more importantly because I want to help people see what I see and join in the fight for our family, freedom and our very souls...
