I think it would be a very good idea if you would watch this 101 minute video before you espouse to any kind of understanding of how our monetary system really works and.

I know the both of you, so I hope you don’t take this personally. I am sensing you don’t have a testimony of the Constitution. (now without tonal inflection that can sound incredibly rude, so just imagine a sarcastic tone) I know you guys do, but man, this seriously puts into question ;)

JC’s amendments: I think the hearts of the people have to be changed before even thinking about looking at changing the Constitution that the Prophet Joseph Smith and some of the Apostles looked at and could not find any changes that did not effect liberty.

Citizenship contracts? If done right, we all benefit from a navy protecting the nation from invasion. If you live here, you benefit from that. It is a proper role of government, that D&C 134 says is a proper role of government. Can the Federal government really just protect all of the US, EXCEPT your 1/8th of an acre?

If you wanted to create your own country, that would be an entirely different story.

A 7 year renewal could work if done right

#2 employees cannot vote: a few problems. During the war for independence, the citizen soldiers were under the employ of the government. I think they should be able to vote. I think only property owners should vote. And to prevent what problem you mention, just enforce the Constitution which does not authorize anything that would take away your freedoms/property. All of your conflicts of interest are invalid when the Constitution is in effect. This addresses symptoms, not problems.

#3 people should be able to vote for none of the above. If 50% +1 of the people choose none of the above, that could be good. It does not limit the rights of the people

#4 redefining “party”. Party is not in the constitution, and they lead to despotism, they limit freedom. Having something evil be more transparent, you just have transparent evil.

#5 separation of bank and state: Where is the government authorized to print money out of thin air or start a bank in the first place? Another attack on symptom instead of problem. Constitution has perfect solution already.

#6 separate education and state. Government already not authorized to teach kids. Follow the constitution, problem solved.

#7 Eminent domain problems solution is in the Constitution, just follow it.
