In reference to communist countries building walls to keep people in who are trying to fleet. If you think about it the same thing is happening now. USA has built a wall to keep people in, on the other side who are trying to fleet from a extremely corrupt goverment and now a very dangerous place. Dozens of people are dieing every day to the cartels who keep supplying the USA with drugs. So unintentionally you might say that USA is aiding Mexico on communists practices.
